At Tri-State Chimney Sweepe, safety is always our first priority, and central to everything we do. As we respond to the ongoing situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic, our focus on the safety of our employees, our customers and our communities remains constant.
Appointments requiring wood stove or fireplace servicing : Areas around the appliances must be cleared prior to our arrival (please provide us with as much space as possible). We will be placing new plastic covering on your floors prior to placing our drop clothes to contain dust. Furniture in the same room as the appliance should also be covered prior to our arrival as we will no longer lay our sheets on your furniture. After servicing we will be sanitizing anything we may touch. Digital report documentation will be provided via email along with billing. Cash or Check payments are welcomed and a plastic bag will be provided. Any discussions that need to happen will be conducted outside or over the phone. Physical distancing is our main focus so please remain out of the room and our work area.
If anyone living in your home is ill we need to know prior to an appointment. Rescheduling may be necessary.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers, partners and communities as needs arise.
